1️⃣ AR Accountant Staff

• Position: Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant Staff
• Location: Kuala Lumpur (KL), Malaysia
• Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience)
• Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Joining Date: October 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily Accounts Receivable accounting and reconciliation.
• Perform data entry and processing using ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients in Japanese and English.

Requirements:

• Language: Excellent English & Japanese (JLPT N2 level or above).
• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on AR experience.
• Education: Secondary studies or Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Finance is an advantage.
• Systems: Knowledge and prior experience using ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

• Position: Cost Accountant Senior

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cost accounting processes, product costing, and cost variance analysis.
• Utilize financial systems to streamline reporting and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal control standards (SOX / US GAAP).

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related major required.
• Language: Excellent English & Japanese (JLPT N2 level or above).
• Experience: At least 3 years of cost accounting experience (preferably in manufacturing).
• Systems: Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills; experience with Oracle, BPC, or SAP preferred.
• Knowledge of SOX / US GAAP is highly preferred.

3️⃣ Staff Accountant (GL)

• Position: Staff Accountant (General Ledger)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support General Ledger functions, month-end/year-end closing, and RTR processes.
• Prepare financial reports compliant with US GAAP standards.
• Communicate with regional stakeholders in Japanese and English.

Requirements:

• Language: Excellent English & Japanese (JLPT N2 level or above).
• Experience: Direct experience in US-GAAP, RTR (Record to Report).
• Tech Skills: Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge and hands-on experience using ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
