Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business and sales targets.
• Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage the company's social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
• Coordinate promotional events, roadshows, exhibitions, and vehicle launches.
• Work closely with the Sales team to generate quality leads and increase showroom traffic.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with Proton branding guidelines.
• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and external vendors.
• Prepare marketing reports and analyze campaign performance.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective spending.
• Maintain the company's website and promotional materials.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Experience in managing digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze marketing performance and prepare reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
