Full Time Production Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in SAN ENGINEERING AND ELECTRICAL SUPPORT SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Daily Operations & Scheduling

• Plan work shifts: Create and assign daily or weekly production targets for assembly lines.
• Monitor workflows: Track output speeds to ensure delivery deadlines are met on time.
• Manage resources: Check material availability and request supplies to prevent factory line stoppages.

Team Leadership & Reporting

• Supervise staff: Train new workers, assign tasks, and track performance.
• Analyze data: Record daily output, waste rates, and machine downtime into reports for management.
• Improve processes: Support cost-cutting projects and lean manufacturing goals

Quality & Safety Control

• Enforce standards: Implement quality checks to catch defective items early.
• Maintain safety: Ensure staff follow health rules and wear proper safety gear.
• Fix breakdowns: Troubleshoot machine faults or report urgent technical issues to maintenance teams

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
