Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and maintain existing client relationships.
• Understand clients' hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process.
• Negotiate offers and support candidates through onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Ensure excellent service for both clients and candidates.
• Achieve monthly recruitment and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Recruitment: 3 years (Preferred)
