About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated IGCSE Additional Mathematics, Mathematics & Physics Teacher to join our academic team for the 2027 Academic Term. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons in Additional Mathematics and Physics, and may also teach Mathematics where required. You will inspire students to develop analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and academic excellence while preparing them for the Cambridge IGCSE examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in IGCSE Additional Mathematics and Physics.
• Teach IGCSE Mathematics when required.
• Prepare students for examinations through effective teaching and assessment.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report students' academic progress.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Education, or a related field.
• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, PGDE, Diploma in Education, Bachelor of Education, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an IGCSE or international school.
• Strong subject knowledge in IGCSE Additional Mathematics and Physics.
• Ability to teach IGCSE Mathematics is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passionate about teaching and student success.
