Job Description:

Responsible for supporting Corporate Development's roles in Strategic Management, Strategic Partnerships, Governance, and Corporate Services.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive the Hospital's Strategic Management framework across corporate, division/department, and unit levels, covering Strategic Thinking, Strategic Planning, and Strategic Momentum.
  • Build the department's data analytic and knowledge management capabilities to support access to key strategic initiatives and information by internal stakeholders.
  • Develop staff capabilities in areas of strategic importance to IMH, including strategic planning and the Balanced Scorecard framework.
  • Lead the development and execution of local and overseas Strategic Partnerships, including evaluation of partnerships, development of MOUs, and monitoring of obligations.
  • Support funding applications for appropriate clinical and non-clinical partnership projects.
  • Oversee IMH's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, including consolidation and review of risks, engagement with department risk owners, training/awareness, and contribution to cluster-wide report.
  • Support the organisation of corporate-level events and provide secretariat support for IMH leadership meetings

Requirements:

Competency

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage across multiple levels of leadership
  • Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Good writing skills.

Educational and Professional Requirements

  • Degree holder with approximately 8 years of working experience.
  • Business and marketing experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (e.g. Excel and Word). Knowledge of statistics is advantageous.
  • Working experience in the healthcare and social sectors. Experience in the government sector will be a key advantage, but not necessary
