Role Purpose

To safely deliver Ella Furniture products to customers, showrooms, project sites, and other designated locations while ensuring furniture is handled properly and delivered on time. The role also supports basic warehouse duties when there are no scheduled delivery trips.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company lorry to deliver furniture to customers, showrooms, and designated locations.
• Load, unload, secure, and handle furniture carefully to prevent damage.
• Check delivery items and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Contact and coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules, locations, and arrangements.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, showroom, and sales team regarding deliveries.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the company lorry.
• Assist with warehouse arrangement, furniture handling, and general cleaning when there are no delivery trips.
• Assist with preparing furniture for upcoming deliveries.
• Report any damaged, missing, or delivery-related issues to the supervisor.
• Follow company SOP, safety requirements, and road regulations.
• Perform other delivery and warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid GDL (Goods Driving Licence) is required.
• Willing to travel to various delivery locations, including outstation areas.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to perform both delivery and warehouse duties.
• Willing to work according to assigned delivery schedules and operational requirements.
• Previous lorry driving experience is preferred.
• Experience in furniture delivery, logistics, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle, lift, load, and unload furniture.

Education

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
