Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, organised and proactive Admin cum Accounts Executive to provide administrative, accounting and operational support to the Company. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), including processing supplier invoices and preparing creditors' payment schedules.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR), including issuing invoices, monitoring outstanding payments and following up with customers.
• To perform daily accounting operational duties such as review of invoices, payments and receipts
• Prepare monthly Statements of Account (SOA) for customers.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and filing.
• Manage general office administration and document filing.
• Provide administrative support to Management and other departments.
• Assist with leave administration and attendance records.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accountingfunctions.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., XERO, SAP, MYOB, QuickBooks) and MS Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
