Job Summary

Drive sales growth by developing new leads and maintaining accounts in the packaging and printing industry. Lead sales and marketing activities to achieve targets and represent the company at trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Develop new leads for products and services in the packaging industry and maintain existing customer accounts
• Identify potential customers through calls, emails, networking, and referrals to expand the client base
• Respond promptly to incoming emails and phone inquiries to provide accurate information and support
• Follow up on leads and close deals to consistently achieve monthly sales targets
• Lead and coordinate company sales and marketing activities to enhance market presence and revenue
• Manage objections, complaints, and escalations professionally to maintain customer satisfaction
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to track performance and inform management decisions
• Participate actively in company trade shows to promote products and generate business opportunities

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in any field
• 1-3 years of sales experience
• Class 3 driving license

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience or specialization in Publishing, Printing, or equivalent industries
• Independent and sales-driven mindset with a positive attitude and result-oriented personality
• Mature and professional approach to work
