Job Summary

Drive client success by managing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, resolving issues, and overseeing contract renewals. Monitor client health and performance metrics to ensure ROI and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at client organizations to foster loyalty and retention
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Advocate for clients internally by collaborating with product, operations, and technical teams to resolve complaints and service issues promptly
• Manage the entire contract lifecycle, leading negotiations for renewals and subscription extensions to secure ongoing business
• Oversee seamless post-sale onboarding processes and monitor key usage metrics to ensure clients achieve their desired return on investment
• Analyze and report key performance indicators such as retention rate, client churn, and monthly recurring revenue to management for informed decision-making
• Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho to manage client pipelines and maintain accurate client histories
• Prepare sales forecasts and deliver presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, or Google Sheets to communicate account status and growth plans
• Quickly master complex products or software to effectively demonstrate value and support client needs
• Lead executive-level conversations with exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Apply empathy and active listening to understand client challenges and convert them into business opportunities
• Prioritize multiple client requests efficiently to maintain high-quality service delivery

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2 to 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or client services
