Tanggungjawab

Company Description The National AI Educators Fellowship (NAiEF) is Malaysia’s first classroom implementation and evidence engine for AI-enabled teaching, focused on measurable instructional impact rather than one-off completion certificates. NAiEF develops a tiered professional pathway for educators, guiding them from foundational AI use to classroom deployment, school-level enablement, and national leadership in AI-enabled education. Its core framework centers on enhancing teacher productivity, boosting student STEM readiness, and ensuring equitable AI deployment across diverse schools. Certification is strictly evidence-based, requiring educators to demonstrate real classroom application through a capstone sprint with rubric-aligned submissions. The fellowship is built in partnership with globally recognized learning ecosystems such as Microsoft Learn and Cisco AI Academy, and aligns with international standards from UNESCO, OECD, and ISTE.
Role Description The Management Trainee Intern will support the design, coordination, and execution of fellowship programs, working closely with the core team to manage operations, participant workflows, and project timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with data collection and reporting, supporting educator communications, helping organize training sessions and events, and contributing to documentation and process improvement. The intern will also help coordinate partnerships, maintain project tracking tools, and support quality assurance for learning materials and capstone evidence submissions. This is a full-time role based in Semenyih, structured as a hybrid position where some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, emails, and documentation for diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfort with digital tools and platforms (e.g., office productivity suites, learning management systems, collaboration tools) and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical skills for basic data collection, tracking, and interpretation to support program monitoring and impact reporting.
  • Demonstrated interest in education, AI, or technology-enabled learning, with a proactive and learner-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small, mission-driven team, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
  • Currently pursuing or having recently completed a diploma or degree in education, business, social sciences, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Prior internship, volunteer, or leadership experience in education initiatives, community programs, or technology projects is an advantage.
