KatsuGo Quill City Mall Retail F&B Service Crew member is responsible for delivering friendly, efficient customer service in a food and beverage retail environment. The role includes taking orders, preparing and serving food and drinks, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customers have a positive dining experience while following food safety and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately
• Prepare and serve menu items according to standard recipes and procedures
• Operate POS systems and handle cash or cashless transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and kitchen spaces
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times
• Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Attention to cleanliness and hygiene
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Qualifications:

• Malaysian
• No formal education required (training provided)
• Prior experience in F&B or retail is an advantage but not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
