The Role

Grow the accounts. Deliver the results. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts and industry segments across Malaysia's Northern region, aligning services closely with customer needs
• Develop and execute targeted account plans to penetrate existing installed base, brownfield projects, and untapped white-space opportunities
• Actively manage the sales pipeline from prospect to order closure, ensuring consistent and growing revenue performance
• Collaborate with service operations, project teams, and business unit sales to deliver integrated, customer-centric solutions
• Maintain accurate CRM records for pipeline management, account planning, and opportunity tracking
• Provide timely monthly forecasts and performance summaries to management
• Monitor margin performance and escalate where necessary to protect business thresholds
• Represent the organisation at trade shows and industry events as required

What We're Looking For

A technically strong, commercially driven account manager:

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar sales role
• Solid background in Electrical Power Distribution systems - essential
• Experience in Automation (Drives & PLC) is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to build lasting relationships at all levels, including C-suite
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP tools
• Energetic, proactive, and strong in prospecting and networking
