Unsleeved by Lazy Potato is more than just a card shop—we’re a community for Trading Card Game (TCG) players. Whether you’re into Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Riftbound, or other TCGs, we’re passionate about creating a welcoming space where players can play, trade, collect, and connect.

We’re looking for a Full-Time Card Shop Assistant to join our growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Card Shop Assistant, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day operations of the store, including:

• Assisting customers with product recommendations and enquiries
• Buying, selling and trading TCG products
• Operating the POS system and handling cash/card transactions
• Packing online orders and managing inventory
• Restocking shelves and maintaining attractive product displays
• Keeping the store clean, organised and welcoming
• Assisting in running in-store tournaments and community events
• Learning about new TCG products and helping customers stay updated
• Supporting daily store operations as required

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about Trading Card Games (MTG, Pokémon, Riftbound and more)
• Friendly, positive and enjoys interacting with people
• Responsible, punctual and trustworthy
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays
• Willing to learn—TCG retail experience is a bonus but not required
