Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities and schedules.
• Monitor operational and IoT fleet systems.
• Handle operational cases and follow up on issues.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support event and operational activities.
• Identify operational issues and assist with process improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in operations or administrative support.
• Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
