What You'll Do

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Understand customer challenges and business goals through workshops and discussions (discovery, scoping, solutioning, etc.) to gather and document requirements.
• Business Case Development: Assist clients in building business cases and identifying opportunities for process improvements (use cases, specifications, diagrams).
• Solution Design: Analyze business problems and requirements to define and design intelligent process automation systems and propose end-to-end solutions with key business users.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate current processes and systems to identify business process improvement opportunities, recommending solutions and assessing the feasibility of automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Testing & Validation: Assist in creating test cases and validating solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, including process flows, system designs, and user manuals.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in training to enhance automation skills and stay updated on best practices and industry trends.

• Candidate with 1 year of working experience and knowledge in business analysis, understanding for solution / application development will be an additional advantage.
• Understanding of insurance products, processes in business operations, analysis and solutioning will be an additional advantage.
