We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain processes. Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Scheduling:

• Strategically plan manufacturing and distribution schedules to ensure optimal utilization of resources, minimize downtime, and meet delivery deadlines
• Forecast demand for finished goods and generate reports for internal teams and principal partners

Procurement & Supplier Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely availability of products while controlling costs.
• Develop and enforce procurement policies to ensure supplier quality, regulatory compliance, and contractual adherence
• Maintain contingency plans by sourcing alternative suppliers to prevent stockouts and supply chain disruptions
• Develop strong partnerships, negotiate terms, and monitor supplier performance to enhance operational efficiency.

Cost & Financial Control:

• Track and manage expenses related to goods, logistics, and other operational activities to maintain budget adherence.
• Analyse cost structures for products, logistics, and inter-company transfers to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
• Provide financial insights to assist teams in negotiating with suppliers and principals, maintaining competitive yet profitable pricing

Operations, Warehouse & Logistics:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflows, timely product availability, and coordination across teams
• Implement inventory management systems to maintain accurate stock levels, minimize wastage, and optimize warehouse utilization.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics and backup planning.
• Manage inventory and logistics systems for accurate tracking, reporting, and decision-making support

Quality, Compliance & Risk Management:

• Implement QA/QC measures, work with manufacturers to follow-up on product complaints, and release shipments.
• Ensure compliance with GDP, GDPMDS, and relevant SOPs, including audits of third-party providers.
• Act as Management Representative for GDPMDS, overseeing adherence to medical device distribution regulations.
• Manage insurance, product liability, and claims for damaged goods.

Business Development & Market Expansion:

• Identify potential products and support product registration and development.
• Collaborate with principals on pricing, consignment inventory, and e-commerce operations.
• Support last-mile B2C deliveries and undertake ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

Ad-hoc Assignments and Projects:

• Undertake additional tasks or projects assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, procurement, cost control, logistics, and warehouse management.
• Familiarity with quality assurance practices and GDP requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using supply chain management software and systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to handle ad-hoc assignments and projects.
