We’re Hiring: Country Manager – Malaysia

Ayasan Malaysia | Opening Team Member

Ayasan is expanding into Malaysia, and we are looking for a Country Manager to join us as one of the first members of our Malaysia operation.

This is not just a traditional management position. You will have the opportunity to build a new business from 0 to 1, develop the local market, acquire new clients, and work directly with our regional management team to grow Ayasan in Malaysia.

Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and develop Ayasan’s business in Malaysia
• Build the local operation from the ground up
• Develop and execute the local sales strategy
• Acquire new B2B clients and business partners
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients
• Support recruitment and development of the local team
• Work closely with Ayasan’s regional management team
• Take ownership of business growth and market expansion in Malaysia

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience
• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
• Startup experience is highly preferred
• Comfortable working in a 0→1 business environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Good understanding of the Malaysian market
• Business-level English
• B2B sales experience is highly preferred
