Full Time Senior Lecturer – Educational Technology Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,500 in City University Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver courses integrating educational technology, instructional design, and online learning strategies.
• Supervise PhD and Master’s students in research related to EdTech, digital pedagogy, and technology-enhanced learning.
• Prepare research proposals, academic papers, and publications in educational technology.
• Develop and maintain course materials and resources (LMS modules, multimedia content, e-learning tools) in compliance with MQA/university standards.
• Assess and monitor students’ academic performance, engagement, and attendance, providing individualized guidance.
• Collaborate with faculty to enhance curriculum using innovative EdTech tools and contribute to programme development.
• Stay updated with technology trends in education, digital pedagogy, and learning analytics.

Requirements:

• PhD in Educational Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of tertiary teaching experience, including online or blended learning environments.
• Proven ability to supervise postgraduate students (Master’s and/or PhD).
• Strong publication record in educational technology or related research areas.
• Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard), e-learning tools, and educational software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
