An Inventory & Data Entry Clerk is responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in computer systems and databases. Your role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information. This role ensures smooth data management and supports the overall efficiency of the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain daily inventory records in the company system.
• Record incoming and outgoing stock accurately.
• Monitor stock movements and ensure inventory records are up to date.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Enter product information, quantities, sizes, prices and other inventory details.
• Prepare inventory reports when required.
• Assist the production and sales teams with stock information.
• Maintain proper documentation for stock receiving and transfers.
• Perform other administrative duties related to inventory and data entry.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM; Diploma is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Experience with SQL accounting/inventory systems is an advantage.
• Previous experience in inventory, warehouse administration or data entry is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Able to work in Kajang.
