Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and publish engaging content across Threads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and produce short-form video content using CapCut, Canva, mobile editing tools, or other relevant platforms.
• Plan, manage, and execute the weekly content calendar consistently across all social media platforms.
• Transform case studies, client success stories, testimonials, and business results into engaging and high-performing content.
• Develop creative content ideas that align with the company’s brand, target audience, services, and marketing objectives.
• Write engaging social media captions, scripts, copy, and marketing materials that are aligned with the brand voice.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly marketing and social media performance reports, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
• Analyse audience engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, and other relevant marketing KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the Founder to understand business priorities, content direction, campaigns, and overall brand positioning.
• Take ownership of content execution independently, from ideation and planning to production, publishing, and performance tracking.
• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Conduct basic market, competitor, and audience research to identify content opportunities and emerging trends.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, content formats, and digital marketing best practices.
• Support the development of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, presentations, and other marketing communications when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, or external parties to gather information, materials, and approvals required for content production.
• Maintain consistent brand identity, messaging, tone of voice, and visual standards across all marketing channels.
• Track marketing activities, campaign results, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline.
• Perform other marketing and business development-related duties as assigned by the management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
