Hengshi Sdn Bhd is a growing company specialising in CCTV and security products under the brand Franwell CCTV. As we continue to expand our online sales operations, we are looking for confident, energetic and motivated individuals to join our growing TikTok Live team.

Position: TikTok Live Host

Are you confident, outgoing and comfortable speaking in front of a camera? If you enjoy interacting with people and are interested in social media and live selling, this is an opportunity for you to build your skills and grow your career with us.

No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Host and conduct engaging TikTok LIVE sessions.
• Introduce, demonstrate and explain products clearly to viewers.
• Interact with viewers and respond to customer questions professionally.
• Communicate product features, pricing, promotions and special offers effectively.
• Create an engaging and positive atmosphere throughout live sessions.
• Assist in preparing live content and promotional activities.
• Encourage audience interaction, engagement and sales.
• Work towards improving live streaming performance, followers and sales results.
• Stay updated with current TikTok, social media and live streaming trends.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude during working hours.

Requirements:

• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Friendly, energetic and outgoing personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and audiences.
• Willing to learn and improve live hosting skills.
• No experience required; full training will be provided.
• Previous experience in live hosting, sales, content creation or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.
