Kerja Sepenuh Masa Executive HR Operations - HRIS, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,800 di JOHAWAKI HOLDINGS SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1) Maintain and update HRIS master data; ensure data integrity across system (HRIS, payroll, statutory platforms).

2) Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee life-cycle transactions (e.g. onboarding, transfer, promotion, exit).

3) End-to-end payroll processing in compliance with statutory and internal requirements.

4) Act as system support and first point of contact for HRIS issues; escalate and liaise with vendors as needed.

5) Ensure compliance with HR Operations SOPs, audit requirements, and statutory obligations.

6)Coordinate with Finance and other dept. for payroll, claims and employees records.

7) Administer to the group insurance and medical such as monthly update of staff enrolment and deletion.

8) Check monthly and annual billings, prepare corresponding memos and upload documents to designated folder for payment processing.

Job Requirement:

1. 3- 5 years experience in HR, preferably in Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, HRIS & HR operations

2. HR reporting & HR data analysis is preferred

3. Exposure in HR system implementation & enforcement is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
