Job Title: Project Management Specialist — Coupa P2P Transformation

About the Role

The Company is seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Workstream Project Manager to own and drive the Coupa P2P workstream within a large-scale enterprise transformation programme. This is a high-visibility role that requires strong governance discipline, cross-functional coordination, and confident stakeholder engagement at all levels of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the integrated Coupa workstream project plan, milestones, and dependencies across all delivery phases
• Establish and maintain RAID logs, decision registers, and action trackers
• Represent the Coupa workstream across programme and workstream-level forums
• Coordinate Coupa dependencies with Oracle, global process, change management, and central PMO teams
• Develop executive-ready status reports and support Steering Committee and leadership updates
• Identify and manage delivery risks, escalating material issues with clear impact assessment
• Own Pre-Track planning and governance, covering LBU engagement, solution walkthroughs, and readiness checkpoints
• Lead and mentor team members and drive transition from external consultants to internal capability

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent
• 6–8 years of experience in large-scale ERP or P2P transformation programmes
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stream workstreams in enterprise environments
• Strong exposure to testing, data migration, and cutover governance
• Experience working with system integrators, central PMOs, and diverse stakeholder groups
• Excellent planning, communication, and executive presentation skills
• Experience with Coupa P2P and Expense design is a strong advantage
• Background in consulting/ software house is an added advantage
