Job Responsibilities :

• Assisting the Front Office Manager to direct, leads and coordinate overall activities of the Front Office and take over the duties and responsibilities during his/her absence.
• Be familiar with hotel credit policy and procedures and assist the Front Desk Officer on rebates, allowances, and other billing related problems.
• Well versed on policies of hotel related to lost and found hotel guests properties.
• To maintain Guest Satisfaction to the highest standard.
• Creates a positive and highly motivated working environment that promotes and develop teamwork.
• Involved in training/coaching for FO staff.
• Conduct Night Audit Process for hotel.
• Do any other works necessary for the hotel and/or specific tasks assigned by the superior(s).

Requirement :

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager in 4 star Hotel and above.
• Willing to Work on shifts, weekend and Public Holiday.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, verbal and written are required.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
