Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase materials, products, and services.
• Obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers.
• Issue and monitor Purchase Orders (PO).
• Manage supplier relationships and performance.
• Ensure timely delivery and availability of materials.
• Monitor purchasing costs and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant purchasing or procurement experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and supplier management skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
