The Role
A wide-ranging role with real scope to lead and influence - here's what you'll be doing:

• Setting the strategic direction for Trade and Supply Chain Finance products, from roadmap to commercialisation
• Leading product development end-to-end, covering business cases, governance approvals, and launch planning
• Working closely with Sales and Relationship Management teams to uncover opportunities and grow revenues
• Structuring tailored trade and working capital solutions aligned to client needs
• Upholding strong governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices across the product suite
• Coaching junior team members and championing a culture of knowledge sharing

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:

• At least 10 years' experience in Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or Transaction Banking product management
• In-depth knowledge of trade products including receivables finance, payables finance, bank guarantees, and structured trade solutions
• A proven ability to commercialise products and drive measurable revenue growth
• Demonstrated experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Credit, Risk, Compliance, and Legal
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation capabilities
• A degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field
