Kerja Sepenuh Masa, SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE (PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT) di Inta Bina Selangor - Maukerja

 Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or related fields.
   2. One to two years property development experience is an added advantage.
   3. Strong understanding of the property industry and good project management skills.
2. Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
3. Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
   6. Knowledge of graphic design tools and AI applications will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

1.       Coordinate and execute marketing policies, programs, and campaigns to generate interest from targeted buyers and achieve sales targets.

2.       Maintain accurate sales databases, inventory records, and CRM systems (e.g., booking statuses, loan approvals, collections)

3.       Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns aligned with business plans, within budget and timeline.

4.       Support project launch activities, including launch events, press releases, sales presentation and other ad hoc marketing events. Liaise with agencies, vendors, banks, and authorities.

5.       Source, recommend, and execute effective marketing and promotional tools that appeal to the targeted market segments.

6.       Prepare and manage the application, extension, and renewal of Developers License (DL) and Advertising and Sales Permit (AP).

7.       Liaise with relevant authorities on rules and regulations related to property marketing matters.

8.       Conduct continuous market research on competitor pricing, packages, market trends, and buyer demographics in targeted locations.
