Our client is seeking an organised and service-oriented Operations Executive to support an upcoming large-scale themed exhibition in Singapore.
You will be involved in pre-opening preparations, frontline staff training, administrative coordination and daily exhibition operations. Working closely with the Operations Manager and relevant stakeholders, you will help ensure smooth operations and a positive visitor experience throughout the exhibition.
Responsibilities
Support pre-opening preparations and daily exhibition operations.
Prepare and update SOPs, training materials, briefing slides and operational checklists.
Coordinate frontline staff onboarding, training schedules, attendance and deployment.
Assist with staff briefings, rehearsals and site familiarisation.
Monitor visitor flow, queues and admission procedures.
Attend to visitor enquiries and feedback, and escalate incidents when necessary.
Coordinate with security, ticketing, facilities, housekeeping, vendors and other stakeholders.
Maintain operational records and prepare daily updates, incident reports and feedback summaries.
Assist with staff rosters, meeting coordination and general administration.
Support post-event reporting and exhibition closure activities.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, events, hospitality, attractions or a related area.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to prepare simple training materials, presentations and operational documents.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, visitor-facing environment.
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Interest in arts and themed exhibitions.
