Full Time Facilities - Building Maintenance Engineer | Electrical - M-E Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in MANFIELD EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTE LTD Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Plan and support maintenance activities for building facilities, utilities and M&E systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of facility equipment.
• Maintain building systems such as electrical, HVAC, compressed air, water systems, fire protection and related utilities.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal users on facility maintenance works.
• Monitor equipment condition, breakdowns, maintenance schedules and service reports.
• Support facility improvement, energy saving and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all maintenance works comply with safety, building, environmental and company requirements.
• Prepare maintenance records, inspection reports and facility documentation.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Relevant experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, M&E, utilities or plant facilities.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, compressed air, fire protection or building services will be an advantage.
• Experience in contractor coordination, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple facility-related tasks and work independently.
