Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Degree/Diploma in Business, SCM, Administration or related field.

• Procurement skills (Data handling & analysis), communication & collaboration.

• Procurement Knowledge, Data & Reporting Knowledge.

• SAP, Excel, Power BI is advantage.

• Maintain procurement system data (material and vendor).

• Generate and analyze procurement reports.

• Support data accuracy and system improvement.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external on data-related issues when necessary.

• Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports for management as required.

Additional jobs :

1.Request Quotation from supplier for indirect order request.

2.Coordinate sample submission, and meet up with suppliers for discussion about the indirect enquiry

3.Ensure all costing and their purchase term details of the new part price is reasonable.

4.Validate and/or negotiate with supplier about price / cost including cost up & cost down.

5.New supplier evaluations, assessment and registration with relevant documentation closure.
