We're Hiring: Manager – Food & Beverage (Outlet)

At Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort, we believe exceptional hospitality begins with passionate people. We're looking for a dynamic Manager – Food & Beverage (Outlet) to lead our outlet operations, inspire high-performing teams, and create memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operations of the assigned F&B outlet, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining Hyatt brand standards, service quality, and outlet profitability.
• Coach, mentor, and develop associates through regular training, performance feedback, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure all team members complete mandatory Hyatt learning programs and are knowledgeable about the World of Hyatt loyalty program and upselling opportunities.
• Monitor service standards through regular audits and implement continuous improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize productivity while achieving financial and operational goals.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that supports employee growth and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager, Team Leader, or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• A passion for delivering authentic hospitality and developing high-performing teams.
