Job Description

• Manage the the CS Hub (supporting regional) teams. 

• Responsible for ensuring that commitment to clients and/or CS country teams (together defined as “clients”) are followed up in a timely manner, that the clients are satisfied and to continually engage with clients. 

• Provide excellent customer service ensuring clients deliverables are acted on promptly according to agreed Service Level Agreement (“SLA”). 

• Develop an in-depth knowledge of existing and potential clients, their industry and key contacts. 

• Oversee and manage the operations of the CS Hub team, ensuring alignment with departmental goals, service delivery standards, and client expectations. Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistency and efficiency across locations.

• Perform review and provide value-add to the work to be submitted to clients. 

• Maintain good client relationship, assess service deliverables, templates and process for continuous improvements and identify possible expansion of services. 

• Develop and present technical training courses for CS Hub teams, enable them to carry out their roles effectively and efficiently. Provide staff with regular feedback and evaluation. 

• Participate in the preparation of budgets and monthly forecasts (when required) for respective teams and comparison with previous budget/forecasts. 

• Develop SOPs for corporate secretarial processes / policies where applicable.

• Assist in the implementation of new systems, procedures and records and any other ad-hoc projects when required. 

• Provide up to date and accurate management reporting and attend other Management meetings on an ad-hoc and regular basis.
