Full Time QC Inspector Jobs, in Eramas Ingredients Seremban - Maukerja

The QC Inspector is responsible for inspecting, sampling, and testing raw materials, WIP (Work-in-Progress), and finished products to ensure meet quality and safety standards. The role ensures compliance with internal specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct in-process checks at various stages of production, such as monitoring moisture, temperature, and other parameters.

• Perform visual and physical inspections on raw materials, packaging, and finished products.

• Follow GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 requirements during all QC activities.

• Report any non-conformances or out-of-spec results to the QC Executive/QC Supervisor

• Assist in investigations and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) when needed.

• Monitor pest activity during inspections and report any findings for corrective action.

Requirements:

• Willing to work in a food manufacturing environment with proper safety protocols.

• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.

• Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Willing to learn and follow quality and hygiene standards.

• Able to communicate and record findings in basic written format.
