About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join the team at Blue Print Properties Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Seri Manjung, Perak. In this role, you will be the frontline of our company, providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their queries and concerns are resolved promptly and professionally. You will play a crucial part in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, contributing directly to the success and reputation of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner

• Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and seek appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction

• Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved and gather feedback on their experience

• Represent the company professionally and uphold our values in all customer interactions

• Handle customer complaints regarding defects, filing, and other related matters.
