We are looking for a hands-on, solution-oriented M&E Coordinator to join our project team. In this role, you will be the bridge between design and reality on-site. You will oversee M&E subcontractors, solve technical clashes, and ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are installed safely, on time, and up to standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Subcontractor Management: Lead and track daily progress of M&E subcontractors to ensure they meet project timelines and quality standards.

• Clash Detection: Review shop drawings and Combined Services Drawings (CSD) to spot and resolve structural or service clashes before installation begins.

• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site walks to inspect M&E installations, enforce safety rules, and ensure work matches approved designs.

• Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate M&E workflows smoothly with structural and architectural teams to avoid structural blockages.

• Testing & Commissioning: Lead the testing, commissioning, and inspection phases with consultants and government authorities for final handovers.

• Documentation: Verify subcontractor progress claims, manage variation orders (VOs), and compile final Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of M&E coordination experience specifically working with a Main Contractor.

• Technical Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret CSD, structural, and architectural drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD or BIM/Revit software is a major plus.

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the confidence to manage subcontractors on-site.
