About the Role

You will support the delivery of transfer pricing engagements for Singapore clients, working closely with and under the guidance of Senior Associates, Directors, and Partners based in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career professional to build a strong foundation in transfer pricing while gaining exposure to a quality, regional practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, including local files, master files, and tax value chain analyses, under supervision.
• Support benchmarking studies by conducting research, data gathering, and comparability analysis.
• Help prepare materials and schedules to support tax enquiries and client engagements.
• Learn to communicate transfer pricing concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing, and progressively take on responsibility for client-facing communication.
• Assist in summarising key findings and translating technical information into clear, organised working papers.
• Support engagement teams with administrative and coordination tasks to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client work.
• Participate actively in on-the-job training and firm learning programmes to build technical and professional skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and department objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience (internship or full-time) in transfer pricing, tax, or related fields will have an advantage.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with good attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback constructively.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks under supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Interest in pursuing an Accredited Tax Professional qualification is an advantage.
