We're Hiring | Conference Production Intern

Location: Plaza Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

At Trueventus, we produce high-level business conferences that bring together C-suite executives, industry leaders, and subject matter experts from across the globe. And we're looking for a driven, sharp, and enthusiastic intern to join our conference production team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Researching emerging market trends and identifying hot business topics that matter to senior industry professionals
• Reaching out to and securing industry leaders and experts to speak pro-bono at our events
• Managing end-to-end communication with speakers to ensure a seamless conference experience
• Assisting in the preparation of conference budgets
• ️ Supporting the creation of compelling conference marketing collateral

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent command of the English language — written and spoken
• Not afraid to pick up the phone — confidence in calling and professional communication is a must
• A genuinely curious mindset — you ask what, why, and how
• Strong logical, critical, and creative thinking skills
• A positive, can-do attitude — no task is too big or too small
• Effective and confident communicator who can hold their own in conversations with senior professionals
• Basic MS Office proficiency is a bonus
