Job Descriptions:

• Develop and execute trade marketing programs, promotions, product launches, and retail activations
• Support category development and improve product availability, visibility, and conversion
• Analyse sales performance, market trends, distributor performance, and promotional effectiveness
• Prepare business reports, dashboards, and commercial insights using Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI
• Work closely with Regional Sales Managers, Country Managers, distributors, retailers, and internal teams
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends across GCC countries
• Support business planning, forecasting, promotional budgeting, and regional commercial initiatives
• Leverage AI tools to enhance market research, data analysis, reporting, content creation, and workflow productivity
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, and Sales teams to ensure successful campaign execution

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, Category Management, or Commercial roles within the FMCG or beverage industry
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Experience working with distributors and modern trade retailers; exposure to GCC markets is highly preferred
• Knowledge of the beverage, coffee, or food industry will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in AI tools for productivity, research, analysis, reporting, and presentation development
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced regional environment with coordination across multiple countries
