Responsibilities

Campaign & Content

• Plan and run multi-channel marketing campaigns that combine social, email, and in-store activations to drive traffic and sales.
• Create concise promotional content and visuals that match our brand voice and perform well in retail displays and online listings.

Sales & Retail Partnerships

• Work closely with the sales team and retail partners to design promotions, merchandising layouts, and joint activations that increase conversion.
• Support retail outreach including cold calling to new stockists and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.

Analytics & Operations

• Track campaign performance, sales trends, and market data to recommend practical improvements and report clear results.
• Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and vendor communications to keep launches on time and on budget.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• About 5 years of marketing experience, preferably with retail or consumer brands.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Strategies with practical experience running social and email campaigns.
• Sales, Sales Management, Retail Sales, and Sales Strategy experience to align promotions with business goals.
• Market Research and Market Trend analysis to inform product positioning and campaign targeting.
• Cold Calling experience for retailer outreach and partnership development.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with sales, suppliers, and store teams.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple launches and retail timelines.
• Analytical mindset with a practical focus on measurable results and clear reporting.
