Key Responsibilities:

• Take orders accurately and manage special dietary requests with sensitivity.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that presentation and quality meet our high standards.
• Build rapport with guests to enhance their dining experience, offering wine recommendations when appropriate.
• Process payments and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining or wine-focused establishment.
