We’re Hiring – Community Relationship Ambassador 

Join us in delivering excellent customer service at various centres across Singapore!

Part-Time Position
- up to $14.00/hour (Weekends)
- ️ Approximately 2–3 shifts per week (weekends only)

Working Locations
* AMK
* Woodlands
* Bukit Canberra
* Nee Soon
* ⁠Keat Hong
* ⁠The Frontier

Deployment location assigned based on operational requirements.

Working Hours
* Monday–Saturday: 8.30am – 6.00pm, or
* Monday–Sunday: 9.30am – 6.00pm
(Shifts assigned based on operational requirements.)

Job Scope

Welcome and assist members of the public
Provide digital assistance for government services
Answer general enquiries
Collect customer feedback
Support centre operations, events and administrative tasks
Maintain a safe and pleasant environment by reporting incidents when necessary

Requirements
️ Able to deliver high standards of customer service
️ Comfortable using digital devices
️ Able to stand for extended periods
