Full Time Product Development Engineer (AutoCad) Jobs, salary up to MYR 7,000 in Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect Sdn Bhd Shah Alam - Maukerja

Design & Technical Role:

• Conduct research, design and development of new technologies or product improvements.
• Develop and test prototype designs, ensuring feasibility, functionality and reliability.
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project implementation and design technical alignment.
• Perform engineering analysis, simulations and validation testing to support product development.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, performance and manufacturability.
• Ensure all designs and site works comply with relevant standards, regulations and project specifications.
• Perform engineering analysis, simulations and validation testing to support product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Procurement, and Marketing) to ensure smooth product development cycle.
• Identify and evaluate new materials, components, and technologies to improve product performance and cost efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports and development records.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for product issues or failures.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company guidelines.

To be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years and above of experience in design and customer site visit will be an advantages.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software is an advantage.
