We are looking for an HR professional to support day-to-day employee operations across the organisation. The role covers a broad range of HR coordination and administrative activities throughout the employee lifecycle, with exposure to both local and foreign workforce matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the joining process for new employees, including employment documentation, pre-employment requirements, immigration/work authorisation matters and other joining arrangements.
• Handle employee exit administration and coordinate the necessary clearance, payroll and employment-related processes.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees on general HR and employment matters.
• Maintain employee records and ensure personnel information is accurate and regularly updated.
• Administer contractual documentation and extensions for temporary or non-permanent personnel.
• Track the validity of relevant employee documents and coordinate renewals with the respective internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with Payroll and other internal teams on employee-related administrative matters.
• Maintain proper HR documentation and records in accordance with internal requirements.
• Provide general HR operational support and assist with other HR matters when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Around 2 years of experience in HR operations, administration or a similar HR support function.
• Exposure to the construction, engineering, infrastructure or related industries would be advantageous.
• Good organisational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with Excel and HR management systems.
• Able to manage multiple ongoing tasks and work effectively with different internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable considering a 1-year contract opportunity with potential for a permanent position thereafter.
