Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Assistant Manager - Senior Executive - Warehouse - Logistics di Vet Partners (M) Johor - Maukerja

Location: Unit No. 3, No. 311, Jalan Skudai, 81200 Tampoi, Johor

Salary: RM6,000 – RM8,000

Working hours: Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 6:00pm

Responsibilities

* Oversee daily warehouse, inventory and logistics operations

* Lead and supervise inventory and warehouse staff

* Manage receiving, issuing, stock movement and storage

* Ensure accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and system updates

* Develop and implement inventory management strategies

* Plan and optimise warehouse space, stock holding capacity and inventory locations

* Ensure the quality of goods received and timely, accurate delivery to retail stores and clinics

* Coordinate with internal teams and external parties on all inventory and logistics matters

* Ensure proper FIFO practices and conduct cycle counts

* Ensure accurate data entry for goods received, delivery orders and stock movements

* Oversee warehouse administration and ensure the warehouse is properly maintained and secured

* Perform paperless picking and quality control checks before deliveries

* Support continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes

* Carry out other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

* Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or a related field

* Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory or logistics operations

* Experience in retail, distribution or a similar environment is preferred

* Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

* Hands-on, proactive and responsible with a strong work ethic

* Possess own transportation

* Good computer and inventory management system skills
