The Role
Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
- Engaging with external vendors to determine the best project delivery methods and timelines
- Assessing vendor deliverables against agreed quality standards and project scope
- Coordinating testing, integration, and system go-live activities across operations and IT teams
- Monitoring system performance and providing round-the-clock support to maintain stability
- Delivering hands-on training to operations staff on newly implemented digital systems
- Supporting senior leadership in driving overall project execution
