Full Time Quality Assurance- Quality Control Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in HEXATECH ENGINEERING SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Conduct quality inspections and checks on incoming materials, installation works, and completed M&E works to ensure compliance with project requirements.

· Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection records, reports, and quality-related submissions.

· Assist in conducting testing, inspection, and verification of M&E systems and equipment.

· Identify non-conformities, support root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

· Ensure project works comply with approved drawings, specifications, QA/QC procedures, and relevant standards and regulations.

· Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Procurement, Consultants, and Site Teams on quality-related matters and inspections.

· Participate in site inspections, internal audits, quality meetings, and commissioning activities as required.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and Quality Management System (QMS).

· Perform other duties as assigned by the Management or immediate supervisor.

Requirement:

· Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of relevant QA/QC experience, preferably in M&E engineering or construction projects; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Good knowledge of M&E systems, particularly Electrical, HVAC, and ELV systems; knowledge of MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, and switchgear is an advantage.

· Familiar with QA/QC documentation and processes, including ITP, WIR, MAR, NCR, inspection reports, and related records.

· Exposure to testing, commissioning (Cx), site inspections, and quality audits is an advantage.

· Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

· Familiarity with QA/QC or document control systems is an advantage.

· Working Location: Penang & Johor Bahru (JB)

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
