Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and compile product costing and submit BOM cost structures accurately and within customers' required timelines.
- Maintain and update BOM cost structures based on Change Notes (CN) and engineering changes.
- Perform monthly reconciliation and analysis of product cost and price variances for customer claims.
- Coordinate with customers, Engineering, Commercial, Procurement, and other relevant departments on product costing and pricing-related matters.
- Monitor product cost changes and identify potential cost variances or discrepancies for timely action.
- Prepare, review, and issue quotations to customers based on approved costing and pricing requirements.
- Support customer claims, cost negotiations, and commercial-related activities when required.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or any equivalent field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in costing, pricing, quotation, commercial, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of BOM, product costing, cost analysis, and price variance is an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Willing to work in Senai, Johor, Malaysia.
