Job Description:

Receive, inspect, and clean contaminated medical devices and equipment.

Operate and maintain sterilization equipment (e.g., autoclaves, low-temperature sterilizers).

Properly package, label, and sterilize medical devices and instrument sets.

Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles and quality control measures.

Assemble surgical instrument trays according to established procedures and count sheets.

Store and provide sterile supplies to various departments within the healthcare facility.

Adhere strictly to infection control policies and CSSD standard operating procedures.

Requirement:

• Previous experience in CSSD, sterilization services, operating theatre, or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of sterilization methods, infection prevention and control, and safe handling of medical instruments.
• Able to identify, assemble, inspect, clean, package, and sterilize surgical instruments accurately.
• Good understanding of CSSD Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and infection control practices.
• Willing to work shifts, or according to the department's operational requirements.
• Good communication skills and a responsible attitude.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per hour
