About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Marketing Executive who can help BMAG Garage grow its online presence and, most importantly, generate more customers and sales for both outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow BMAG Garage's TikTok, Facebook and Instagram platforms.
• Plan, create and manage TikTok content and campaigns.
• Manage and optimize Facebook/Instagram Ads (Meta Ads).
• Manage and optimize Google Ads to generate customer enquiries and bookings.
• Create attractive videos, posts, promotions and campaigns for both outlets.
• Develop new and creative marketing ideas to attract customers.
• Promote European cars repair, maintenance, servicing and other automotive services.
• Monitor advertising performance, leads, customer enquiries and sales results.
• Work closely with the Service Advisors and Outlet Managers to convert leads into customers.
• Identify new opportunities to increase customer traffic and sales.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports.
• Continuously test new advertising strategies and improve campaign results.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing / Advertising is preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads.
• Creative and able to generate fresh marketing ideas.
• Able to create engaging social media content.
• Sales-oriented and focused on results, not just views and followers.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Automotive experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Portfolio or examples of previous successful campaigns are highly encouraged.

Performance Expectations

The successful candidate will be expected to help BMAG Garage:

Increase → Online Reach → Customer Enquiries → Workshop Bookings → Sales

Salary & Benefits

• Full-Time: Salary negotiable based on experience and capability.
• Part-Time: Rate negotiable based on experience and working arrangement.
• Performance incentives/commission may be considered for candidates who successfully generate additional sales.
